301.42 drivers and mouse issues?

I have a problem where the right mouse button won't stick while holding it down resulting in an annoying fast constant switching between the hip and aiming down the sights in bf3.

It has been happening for a long time using both amd and nvidia gpu's so I think that it's a bug in my case. My mouse is a razer mamba and it doesn't happen in any other game nor does it happen when I use a mx518 either.
 
i doubt it will be anything to do with the case... sounds as though it could just be the game... uninstall and reinstall... its a ***** i know but sometimes its needed... reinstall the game
