220W is the TBP. It might fluctuate a bit around that but 220W is the TBP. Add 9% and you get 240W which it may fluctuate around.
Also approaching 250W when overclocked (more like 240W) is nowhere near the 300W you claimed.
you should have 2 cables that have a 6pin with a 2 pin, also who told you 650w psu woul dbe enough? nvivida says you should use a 750w
I purposely didn't buy a 3080 cause I couldn't be bothered to replace my PSU.
My 1080p ran at about 240w, my 3070 runs at 270w( I have a wattage monitor)
I run with a 550w and my system maxes out at 360w with a 3070
read some reviews. With a power virus it’s possible to make a 3070 draw slightly more than 300w.
my card always reads 227 watts at stock and many reviews state the same.

The 2 pin clips (kind of) onto the 6 pin so I don't understand how anybody could have the 2 pin on the wrong side unless they're doing it with their eyes closed.
650w is fine for the 3070, I'm using a 650w for my 3080 without issue
I'm having a big problem getting my RTX3080 working with my 650w PSU.
Every time I try to buy an RTX3080 it's out of stock.
Can you link them please.
Need a more powerful PSU.
