i have sent my 3070 back to overclockers and asked for a replacement what is the chance I will get a replacement and if so how long will I be wating for a replacement.

I'm guessing they would have to send it off for an RMA so you could be waiting a while depending on who the AIB is.

If it was brought recently and is still in the return window then you could request a refund and just buy another.
