I plan to install Vista 64 bit on 2x Intel 32GB SSD in RAID0 and I'm trying to make a USB stick for the OS install. However, I'm not sure if I should put 32 bit or 64 bit drivers on the USB stick?

Also is there anything I need to do to the USB stick to make it bootable or will the driver installation process sort this out for me? I'm just planning to use a recently formatted (NTFS) USB stick.

Hey Ritch,

You will need 64 bit drivers if you are planning on using a 64bit Operating System. Where are your Vista installation files, if they are on DVD then don't worry about making the USB stick bootable just copy the extracted driver files onto the USB stick. Then when Vista setup loads use the "Load Driver" button to load the driver from the USB stick.
