32 or 64 bit

Would you go for 32 or 64 bit windows 7. Apart from being able to have more memory with windows 7 64 bit is there any other advantage with 64 bit?

Thanks for your replies. I think with my new build I will be going with windows 7 64 bit. I will be using my new build for gaming, watching DVD and Blue Ray, Internet, using a midi keyboard, MS office. How much memory would you install?
