32” Viewsonic or BenQ Monitor, can’t decide! Help needed

Hi

I’m after a new PC Monitor

I just can’t decide out of the BenQ EW3270U or my 2nd choice of Viewsonic VX3276-4K-MHD,

none of my local shops sell either models so I can’t compare

I don’t do any gaming hardly, just want the best quality picture for YouTube, Facebook, viewing pictures, office type work and using music software, so need clear text and I’ve narrowed it down to these 2 monitors… thoughts?

I guess neither USB C or mini display are a requirement, and do you only need 1 hdmi then ? What led you to these 2 monitors in first place ?

and for your use case i think either will do an outstanding job.

Hi, not fussed about USB C, although yeah I can charge my iPhone 12 Pro Max with it, I’ll be using Hdmi going from my graphics card to the new monitor

I was led to these 2 monitors as they are both similarly priced, just not sure which one is better made, more reliable and has the best quality picture for my uses, whichever I get it’s gonna be with me for a good 3+ years, so needs to last and tick all my boxes

1 x hdmi is fine

benq make great screens, good reputation. As do viewsonic. Check on the USB power since it's does say no power, its for video/ nework etc Buy both, compare and send the other one back.

Managed to get an incredible deal on the BenQ, which seems to get great reviews everywhere

i had read a few horror stories on the Viewsonic picture going on and off for a second now and then, not prepared to take the risk

Lucky I ordered it when I did from overclockers online as it’s gone up in price less than 12 hours later! Gone up by £130!!!!
