The 12 month warranty would be great for peace of mind for your manager (and you), rather than him coming to you for every problem, but as you say it goes well above your initial budget.

Vs

Just spoke to him, max budget is £350 TOPS. And I need to order before 3PM. So need some builds. Also he has given me company card details and such, so calling up 5UB or someone else would be easier then making an account?

I personally would go with the better PSU/Case and sacrifice the Phenom II X4 particularly as the system is only for office work. You can always overclock the CPU dead easily to 3.6GHz with the stock cooler and maybe even try unlocking the forth core. Unfortunately the Corsair CX430W is out of stock here though. This would be my choice.
