Hi! I'm currently running Amd athlon 64 3200+ with the stock cooler(boxed edition)@10x240 with 1.536 v. Temps are 40+ idle and 54-55 full load. I just ran Prime 95 torture test small FFT's for 19 hours 11 minutes with no errors or warnings before I stopped it manually. So I think it's quite stable. Can you suggest new heatsink and fan for me? Is it safe to run with those volts on long time period?

those volts are fine in my book.

Ive got a freezer64 pro and iv no complaints. you might also want to look into the sycthe ninja and xp120

The freezer is excellent.

I have one and I just this morning confirmed that my 3200 winnie is stable at 262x10.

Go for the freezer, it looks crazy and is the size of a house, but its great a cooling!

I had the none pro ver. of the freezer and it was very good, kept me stable at 250x10 on 1.6 volts, never really knew what the temps were, the temp sensor on my board is pants.

Have you tried dropping the volts a little? You might get away with 1.45/1.5. Although the voltage you're using is fine, its obviously better to have lower volts if poss.

In the bios the voltage is @1.5125 but cpu z says it's 1.536 or actually it changes all time reading is 1.536 or 1.520. Before this I had 1.5 v according the bios and 1.520 according cpu z, but it wasn't stable(Prime 95 restarted the computer after 2,5 hours). Why the bios shows different values than cpu z or everest? Is it dangerous that the cpu z shows two different values for volts?
I have Freezer 64 pro coming on the mail.

CPU-Z does exactly the same with my 3500+. It runs on stock volts of 1.6 (its a 130nm model cpu) and cpu-z constantly alters around the 1.58/9 mark, i guess it just shows a more accurate reading or something? just a guess though!

I believe cpuz or the sensors round up/down the voltage, so in actuality your voltage isn't fluctuating as much as it appears to be.
