Have been using this ever since Vista came out it also fully supports 21:9 & multimonitors use any video as a background & you can also add some fancy FX using the builtin app.
They have a free trial as well the full version is only about $9.99 so around £7. Latest version 8 also supports Win 7 & 8.1.

FYI: Still updating this subreddit. AFAIK - this is now rapidly becoming the largest 21:9 wallpaper dump anywhere that I can find
on Google. It's really surprising as these monitors have been out for a year now and all the big wallpaper sites still rarely support
these resolutions. When they do they're pretty lousy image quality for the most part - like they've been blown up from a smaller res.
If you've got any wallpapers - please post em up as this resource is for all of us 21:9 users.
