3570k Overclocking

Whats the general figure here? My buddy wants me to overclock his 3570k and I have no idea what volts roughly will be achieving 4.5ghz.

Whats the danger zone and temps ceiling?

Cheers dude, no idea why that thread didnt show on the search. Will go through it tomorrow, off to bed shortly.

All I really need to find is the voltage (ish that people are using and the max voltage thats safe to put through the cpu and just tinker like that )
