No, it's not. The CoD 4 attract is a movie that plays, albeit it's recorded in-game footage (but not rendered in real time).

Well i know what you mean now with the AI aspect, but thats not really what the OP asked for in the original post. You must also be confused what gamplay video is

I know exactly what a gameplay video is. The OP didn't ask for a video of gameplay though.
He wanted an attract mode generated in realtime:
As I said, you generally get this as AI vs AI in sports games, but other games use it as well.
