i asked this in another thread but it kinda got overlooked ;)

my launch 360 is in for repair and i am considering buying a replacement so my question is this...

do all the new models (arcade, pro and elite) now carry the new mobo design with the 65nm cpu and new heatsink design?

and is it right that the heatsink clamp design has been changed so there is now no x-clamp?

Newly manufactured ones will be the newer revision, however that doesn't necessarily guarantee that walking into a shop and buying a console will guarantee you get one (due to stock rotation etc.)

Best thing to do if possible is to check the sticker on the box, I think that will indicate the new PSU wattage, and thus a newer revision.

nice...thankyou gents.

either i'll just bite the bullet and get an arcade this week and use my existing hdd etc, or i'll wait for my one to come back from the repairshop and use it until it breaks again, then get a new one.

oh...if it breaks again of course ;)
