its been 15 days now since my xbox was picked up by UPS, need to ring home see if ive got it back yet, but I did get an email last week saying that Microsoft had received the console. Im not too fussed if it will take another 10days to get it back cos im not offshore for another 12days, but was so dissapointed for 2weeks at home sitting and waiting for it

Thats wierd my sons 360 got three red light syndrome they picked up the xbox and i had a new replacement one delivered within the week must have been
lucky.

Yeah I've been hearing it's closer to a month now they are repairing rather than replacing with refurbs. They had to really because some people where sending back as soon as they had one lock up or a disc read error.
