360 sound problem

Have you got the sound settings on the 360 settup correctly?

Edit: what input are you using?

I have the same settup (but different speakers .. GD580's) and mine is fine.

How is it for movies? The center speaker is strongest for me.

Is it a joytech cable you have?? i had some issues with the optical cable in mines, i just used another optical cable i had laying around and it seemed to solve any sound issues i had

Edit: Sorry, I have nothing constructive to add but I hope it's not your 360 at fault. I don't suppose you know anyone who could bring their 360 round to test?
