360 VGA cable problem

I just swapped my tv from a 1080p sony bravia, to a panasonic px60 plasma, which does 1080i/720p.

I didnt change the resolution on my 360 before i switched the tv's out, and now with the vga cable, it wont display.

Is there any way to reset this, as i really want to use the vga cable for the 360 on the new tv.

Hook it up to you PC monitor and change it that way? Failing that I'm sure there's an option on the dashboard to restore defaults. You'd have to do that via component though.

You'll have to do it blind. Sure somebody will give you the blind steps to do it.
