360 VGA leads in stock

DO NOT BUY FROM I-GAME!

Nothing but trouble they don't have any way of contacting them, they reply to email's when it suits them (ie never) and don't send the goods.

Unlucky 2 :(

Here's the play by play of my order with these jokers:

5th Jan placed my order.

10th Jan Dispatched

Numberous attempts to contact them, email's becoming increasingly irate, I must have sent 15 or 20 which they havn't replied to. Contacted trading standard and they said till 30 days is up, they can't do anything. I contacted them again a couple of days ago saying the company is now completely ignoring me. They've now passed the information onto Flintshire Trading Standards.

Now the 2nd of Feb and I've receive nothing what so ever from them.

Don't think that link is allowed cause they are competitors.

But I think this shouldn't be deleted and made aware that you shouldn’t buy from them.

glad i read the thread before ordering, I am desperate for vga or componant lead to utilise my hdtv, but not gonna touch those jokers

I strongly advise not to buy from them.

I just got delivery from them of a VGA cable but its not infact a Offical one as stated on there site, its a Joytech one.

I place my order on the 5th of jan, money was taken on 6th, order was supposedly posted on the 10th, it was supposedly lost in post but they never gave me a tracking number as proof of postage and now I've got a joytech VGA instead of a Offical VGA cable.

They have provided me with so much hassle I just wanna slap who ever messed up my order silly beyong beleif.

Tell them, if they fail to sort something out, threaten them with court action. It's illegal to advertise and willingly take money for one thing, then deliver another.

This is great, this morning I receive my cable, it's not the official one I ordered, it was a Joytech one, which I've paid £21.98 for, bargain, not.

So I email them saying it's not the official one and it says it is on the site (I check beforehand) they email back saying it is infact the right cable, I check the site again and they've changed the description!

Thankfully, incompetant as they are they'd left the original product description in the <title> tag.

I'm not trying to get them to agree to refund the postage it costs me to send it back!

Bloody nightmare!

They won't agree to refund me for the item, p&p and postage to return in writing.

I've responded stating that I wouldn't hesistate to take them to court over it.

Good man. They cannot advertise one item and then sell you something thats a) not the same product and b) cheaper.

How much would court costs be if it came to it? Am I right in thinking the loser foots the bill?

The first post needs editing before they twig the referrer's.

I am not an expert, you could go for a 'no win, no fee' effort. You could also check with a solicitor. Make a post in General Discussion, someone will have a better idea than myself.

Unhappy customers are different to being dealt with in an illegal manner. The shop has broken the law and should not be allowed to get away with it. Not only that but he has been ripped off as he has been charged the price of an official product for an unofficial product.
