360 VGA leads in stock

I 've got proof that they changed the description as I took a screen of the page just inase of this situation as the way they was going I expected it to be honest.

If you do go to court then id be willing to help out as im in the exact same damn situation, infact i think it maybe due to me your in it as im the one who found and said they was in stock :(

There website is as screwed as there service as i went to make the complaints section and for some reason it put it to pikes account ffs but i got the confirmation e-mail, lucklily i copy and pasted the message before i posted.

Im so annoyed right now you wont beleive it :mad:

A court case could end up costing you thousands of pounds, it's pretty pointless unless you really do want to spend a lot of money over something worth less than £20. Problem with "no-win no-fee" companies, it means that they will end up charging you a hell of a lot more money if you win.

Though not really sure one small claims court costs... :p

There's no chance of losing, they're so blatently in the wrong.
 
I must have told them 3 times in e-mails i just wanted a refund if they did not have what i ordered but they just kept ingorning my requests and now they send me something which i did not order.

This is the first time i've encounter such service on the internet and i've been buying off the net for 2+ years now with out any trouble until now.

I've no idea how small claims court or such things work but if im needed to provide proof or what ever then im willing to do it as im not going to stand here and let them treat me or others like this.

He would have to be re-imbursed by that company I believe. You may want to look at contacting Watchdog, the fact they have contradicting addresses is what worried me.

I risked it and got a componant cable for my LG TV - really hope they are in stock

On that site LoadsaMoney mentioned the Xbox 360 VGA cables are Blaze branded, not Official cables.
 
In their terms and conditions they have a clause that if they send you the wrong item they'll refund you minus delivery charges, how the hell is that fair? They could just send the wrong items to people willy nilly and make money!
 
in the same situation, mine came today. Wouldnt mind so much if they compensated for their own mistake.

They are in stock, if you read the terms, delivery schedule it says that items will only appear on the site to buy if they are. :)
