360 - What pick up and play game?

Can you recommend an entertaining pick up and play game for the 360?

I don't have time for marathon sessions so i like games I can have a blast at and put away, PGR3 was good for this!

Im addicted to ridge racer at the minute, really good for pick up adn play.

I found BF2MC was pretty easy to get into on multiplayer.

What about some of the Xbox Live Arcade titles? They are great at that.

Some recent pickup n play games i have played and would say get are:

Marvel Ultimate Alliance
Need for speed carbon

Both really good games and easy to get into.
