Hi, I keep getting this goddamn message, I changed the batteries from the energizers to my uniross rechargeables and it fixed it for a few hours, now it arrived again - whats causing this problem i'm literally 2-3 feet away from the console - this only happens with this controller and not my other one, this one I got this morning is it faulty? Bought it from members market but it was sealed new!

Hmm no they're not, i'll recharge them and tell you how I get on (the energizer uncharged batteries were full power new though) - I'm reluctant to contact the buyer - he sold me a sealed brand new wifi controller which costs £32.99 retail for £20, completly sealed and new wouldn't be fair for him to take it back now, if problems persist I shall contact microsoft - doubt i'll get anything out of it.
when you press the guide button on the controller the menu blade slides out from the left of the screen. at the top left of the blade, it displays your battery charge level with a little graphic. that'll tell you how well charged your batts are.
i have had my controller disconnect with still 2 bars in the battery indicator. i am using the official battery pack.
