3600 none X overcoock help

Hi, with my chip been a none x, I’m wanting to use the motherboards auto overclock options to boost the cpu.
I do t plan on braking and records lol but I want to get something out of it but I have no idea what I’m doing or where to start

my board is a msi b450m mortar max
My cooking is ample
What are the go too options in boost menu to set.

I've always found manually overclocking works best on the 3600. Set voltage to override mode and use around 1.3v then push up the clock multiplier as high as it will go, good samples should hit 4.4ghz.

That would be a sustained 4.4 on all cores

The cores still sleep when not it use though etc.

yer I just mean they don’t boost it just at full speed when under load

my CPU just stays bolted to 4.3Ghz, if there an option i need to cheack ?

You can enable cool n quiet / pstates but if download ryzen master and it should show the cores down-clocking / sleeping even when an all core OC is applied.
