Hi there - I’m having absolutely horrendous log-in issues with desktop microsoft outlook for my new work Mac.
I have a google email account for work. When I go to add a new account for outlook, I enter in my email address, go through to google and get all the relevant approvals, then it shunts me back to the start of the login process. It’s horrendous. A google seems to suggest many people get stuck in this loop. I have tried for hours to fix it and have had no luck. It’s probably the worst IT issue I’ve ever had to deal with… so frustrating
Has anyone else had to ensure / solve this issue / any ideas? Thanks.
