3800x or 3900x

Hi, I'm building a new pc later this year and currently have the 3800x on my list, I was thinking of changing it to the 3900x. all I want to know is will it reduce game performance, I can't see how it will, I can afford the extra over the 3800x, Below is a full list of specs

Case: Fractal Design Meshify C
Motherboard: MSI MEG X570 Unify
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D15 SE-AM4
Fans 120: Noctua NF-S12A PWM
Fans 140: Noctua NF-A14 PWM x3
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX Black 16GB 3600 MHz
GPU: EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti FTW3 ULTRA GAMING
SSD: PNY XLR8 CS3030 1TB M.2
PSU: Corsair HX850i

so going by that review, there's no reduction to performance between the 3700x, 3800x and 3900x

the way I'm looking at it is either change the 3800x to the 3700x or upgrade to the 3900x, there's not really much point keeping the 3800x seeing as the 3700x matches it, so if I go 3700x should I spend the money elsewhere to improve performance

I won't be purchasing until q3
