3870x2 running cod4

If you could get it for £200 i'd say it's an amazing bargain, but you know that ain't gonna happen. They are gonna pitch it at gtx price which is what... about £250-£300 nowadays? (hopefully not ultra price *shock*

My only concern really is around o/c'ing and whether you'll be able to clock both cores ok? ... and if ati tool will be able to independently clock each core, with independent voltage per core. Hopefully the dev will actually be a bit more prompt and add in voltage control for the 3800 series stuff at all.

So these cards will be faster than a GTX even with a decent amount of AA applied?

Possibly, we'll have to wait and see. Might snag one to match it against my ultra, hellloo memories of the 2900xt launch :D Wish gibbo could chime in and mention availability for launch, its not to far off so ocuk must have some idea of what theyre getting alocated by now.

I'm hoping to buy the 3870X2 before selling my 8800GT so I can do some propor comparisons so I can see for myself if this is better performing.
