Yo yo yo gangsta's Wag1?

Anyway enough of that I'm trying to overclock my 3930K using the 1.25 CPU Multi rather than the stock 1.00 multi mainly because I want to see if I can get 2000Mhz RAM and a CPU overclock with less voltage than is needed when using a 1.00 multi.

I'm currently at 4375Mhz with 1.320V in BIOS and 1.28V under load, only tested for 10 minutes of OCCT but seems ok.

RAM is heavily underclocked whilst I overclock the CPU, RAM is running at 1000Mhz 9-9-9-24-1T @ 1.65V

Ok so the problem is if I up the core multi by +1 to 36 for 4500Mhz my PC won't boot even with 1.47V in BIOS, Tried all levels of LLC, Tried F3, F7 and F8 BIOS's, RAM is always underclocked...
I can get 4.6Ghz stable with 1.38V with the 1.00 Multi

What am I missing guys?

Oh and if I try and overclock the BLCK from 100 to 101Mhz my internet connection cannot be established, If I set it back yo 100 again its fine

Any help please! Thank you. :)
