Just ran 3Dmark11. The results said my Ram is at 667MHz when its actually 1333mhz. Is this a common error for 3dmark? Similar to the dxdiag graphics memory error? (My dxdiag claims i have 2748mb of video memory LOL)
You have to double the figure, so 667x2 gives you the spped your ram is running at. For example mines saying 800Mhz, when in fact its running at 1600Mhz.
DDR = Double Data Rate (or Dual, can never remember exactly) so the RAM speed is double what they show in benchmarks or monitoring programs like CPUz or something like that
