yes but like previous versions in order to get your score online you NEED to have a valid ORB account which means buying Either basic, advanced or pro so you can upload your score. WTF is the point in running it if you cannot publish your score in a pirated version ?

Well the basic version doesn't make use of quad cores or hardware physics so of course you'd see lower scores all round

Wrong, You never had to buy previous versions to publish your results or to create an account.

You only had to register an account on the futuremark(madonion) website.
Which os FREE btw .

IMO this is a load of crap, nothing special in the GFX department, i mean just two GFX tests and they were an embarrassment, smells of laziness and a cash cow release from futuremark.

To qualify for a trial key, you will be required to enter a valid email address to which the registration key will be emailed to. Each email address will be allotted one (1) registration key, which will be usable for a single benchmark run. Note that you will require a functioning internet connection to be able to run the 3DMark Vantage Basic Edition Trial.

So... if one was to send a key to his main e-mail, spare e-mail, and work e-mail, one may do 3 runs...

If so I fear I may have to create several extra 'key' e-mail accounts lol

Not wrong, I was correct just forgot to add a few words that better explained what I meant.

You need a valid orb account to upload your score for Vantage and you only get one shot...
