Yeah PLA. Not worried about it melting though because if the air temp inside the case is 60 degrees C then something very bad has went wrong. I measured the air temperature coming through the front vent and it was only 30 degrees C after half an hour of running the Cyberpunk 2077 benchmark.
Very brave sir! PLA starts to go soft around 50-60c With enough air flow it should not be a problem on the inside. I have not measured every part of my PC case but after a few hours of gaming my PC does pump out a lot of heat to the outside. I am planning to do something similar but at least I will be using PETG and I am currently in love with PETG-CF and love the matt look.

I guess time will tell. All of the joints holding the PLA panels together are made from PETG and there are also metal threaded inserts and metal bolts. The reason I didn't print the whole thing from PETG is because I was getting bad warping with it and the big pieces of the case took a day and a half each so it was a lot of time to risk getting a bad print.

This video is from the guy who designed the case and he has confidence in PLA but again only time will tell.

A frustrating print to do, so many small things that I couldn't glue
