3dmark toplist ideas thread

just wondering if you guys would be interested in a new thread? i was thinking of doing an online form/database. that way, no effort is needed to sort the results.

i've already knocked up a form (it's not active) - here

is it worth me knocking up a database backend for this? too much crap on the form? not enough? any other ideas?

Looks good! When a person submits data, will it show a form with all the data submitted so far, and enable people to filter it and such ?

edit - I'd also have a drop down list to select which version of 3dmark you are using.

You'll need an autopublish tool to make an edit on your original thread so people don't have to go to another site just to see the current results.

yup, i'd have a view results page with filtering. and adding other 3dmark versions would be a doddle. howabout just 05 and 06? do people use 01 and 03 anymore?

i'd be prepared to update the first post manually with the results. i'm on here every day without fail.

my next plan is have all models of cpu/gpus in the drop down list. could be fun (or not).

i suppose i could do that at some point. i can't be bothered with them usually - you can tell by my posts.

right i've updated the cpu/gpu drop down lists. any glaring omissions?
