3dmark06 not running

just done another fresh install, win xp e6600, hd2900 ect.

on old install 3dmark run fine, but now on new install rdmark logo comes up but just sits there and if i right mouse click press refresh desktop goes a bit corupted, i then press ctrl alt delete and it says programe not responding?

Has anyone else hade this or heard of this problem

Yes, you need to rename Direcpll.dll to something else, anything else (I've renamed to Direcpll.dl_).

You can find it in:

C:\windows\system32\Futuremark\MSC\

yep, I had same prob, the fix in the post above works a treat. Its down to a driver issue I think, or that 06 cant read the 2900's clocks correctly.
