Hi All,


Quick question, Does anyone here actually use 3dmark 2006 anymore. I have a 8800GT and will be upgrading very soon to a ATI 5850 or 5870. SHould i be benchmarking my new card with 3dmark06 or 3dmark vanatage? im presuming vantage will test dx11 etc.

you want unigine heaven benchmark tool for dx11
vantage for 10, but heaven will bench 9,10 and 11

heaven is the the place to be at ! ( in the benchmark world that is )

RE5 benchmark, Unigine Heaven and Devil May Cry 4 benchmark will give you a far better idea of how the GPUs stack up for comparision than any of the 3D Mark series these days.

You wont gets a better valuation of GPU performance than vantage and its GPU score.
