What's with this pile of mince?

Yesterday I managed for the first time to get a streaming of The Secret Millionaire and now it's broken again. I've been trying to get it working on and off for months but to no avail, finally it kicks in last night and now it's gone?

My mate seems to get it working on and off more than me but again, same issues. It simply says "Loading" with no media streaming.

Anyone have problems?

Yeah, using the site.

I couldn't use the previous app as I'm on OSX.

Have you tried reinstalling? What browser are you using? Have you got the right plugins?

Any addons that may be messing things up?

Just fired up 4OD (The Daily Show) and it streams fine. Also on OS X 10.6 here.

Which additional plugins are required to run it?

I have the latest version of Flash, iPlayer and everything similar works great.

ISP? Perhaps but I can't see why?

if you use firefox + adblock plus you don't get any ads. none at the start and no breaks during the program. :cool:

No takers on defining a solution then?

It won't work in either Safari or Firefox and adblock doesn't install for some weird reason. I'm not sure how that would help though?

How? I just watched Peep Show and it definitely had adverts. Does Adblock+ need configuring?

you need to add a "subscription". in the adblock plus preferences, goto the "filters" menu and then "add subscription". just add the first one - "easylist". that's all i use.

and i watched peep show last night. no ads.

Tried it. Infact, I reinstalled my whole life. That didn't work either.

i have had trouble with 4od and iplayer, but you can't complain its free and for me just depends on how strong and consistent the connection is.

Are you accusing me of not owning a TV?

Why should everyone else be allowed to enjoy such services but not me? It's obviously an error with my system or network, I'd quite like to establish the cause.

i just tryed the 4OD and it worked 1st time on every one i tryed ,and also the iplayer works any time i have tryed it ,mibby your connection ,20 meg i have and works sweet as a nut
