4od is ok as streaming TV go, useable but can be better. But iPlayer is king in terms of picture quaility and ease of use. The only real advantage is that 4od keeps programs up on there site for bloody ages so you can catch up on epsiodes almost months after!

Does it use Silverlight? I had problems with ITV Player due to SIlverlight. Can't say I use either 40D or ITV Player on my Mac as I have Virgin TV.

The wife uses iPlayer on the Mac a lot and that nearly always works...
