4-pin outputs to Graphics card?

Is there a adapter that converts a normal 4-pin outputs to the power cable fitting needed for a graphics card (PCI-E? – please excuse the lasck of terminology as I don’t know the correct term!)

Daft question, what power supply have you got, usualy the newer versions have the 6 pin built in.

It was a daft question, but a genuine one! Power supply is 350w so I’m border line (for any graphics card the requires external power) but might be ok (worth a £3 gamble), only one hard drive, one DVD-RW and a core2duo.

I’ll give it a go cheers for the responses.
