I have read this too, but totally unsure of how true it is and it was on the xbox uk site too. And Aceybongos has had communication with an AVF'er and he got the codes sorted, I'm sure if it was a US only thing we would've been told it's not for UK accounts.

Not only is it totally rubbish, but they only sent the email to me yesterday and the token becomes invalid at midnight tonight!

So if you did get a token and want the theme, use it today, or you lose it.
