£400 General Usage

£400 for the tower itself, keyboard mouse and operating system already available. PC will be used for Microsoft Office, streaming and surfing the web. Am thinking an i3 would work well for this situation? What would you recommend? £550 with a Graphics Card. Thanks for looking

Cheers for the suggestions, I think I'm going to go with the intel one without the GPU (later) and the SSD (it won't be of much use for the family). Thanks for the help
