Looks good although I'd probably go with a SATA DVDRW instead, if you have a large(ish) monitor then I might go for the 512mb version of the card and finally I'm not too sure about the Maxtor drive. They did have a slightly dodgy spell but it might be sorted by now.

It should clock pretty well, the CPU, Ram and motherboard are all capable components.
