4070 ti vbios problem

Im having an issue with a recently purchased MSI 4070ti Suprim X, when I flick the duel bios switch to the gaiming bios the GPU does not output an image during boot nor when in windows, the GPU works using the silent bios as intended with no issue.
I have audio notifications when I boot into windows so I know the system is reaching the desktop when the gaming bios is selected but it refuses to output any image from any ports what so ever. I am concerned the gaming bios is faulty and that I will have to return the GPU.
Has anyone encountered this problem?

The card is B-grade from OCUK purchased a few days ago, this is a Vbios issue I have tried every output multiple times,It is important to note the silent bios is fully functional on all ports as this rules out many possibilities, however the gaming bios refuses to display an image, im hoping someone has successfully reflashed the gaming bios and fixed their card and could shed some light on how they did it.

The problem is though there are no GPU's on the market and I will most likely have to go without a GPU.
