40GB SSD Question

Hello all,

If I got the Intel Value 40GB SSD and installed Win7 and other Apps on it but installed games on my existing WD 320GB HD would I see any improvement in game performance?

no not with out installing your games on the SSD. i got the 80gb intel drive and installed win 7 and 2 games i play the most then Programs etc on my Samsung 1tb.

my OS and Games are rapid now tho! Get the 80gb one

see if you can get the 80gb drive, Ive got Win7 64bit BC2, GTA4 and then Drivers and MS Office installed on it and i have 15.5GB Free.

BC2 and Gta4 load Real quick and my OS is just instant when it boots in. Love it!

Out of interest does anyone know if id see a big difference in ableton with a ssd or is that more dependent on cpu and ram?
