Just to add one thing of note for the 5800x3d is that it's likely always going to be in demand on the second hand market. It adds significant extra life to an am4 build and will stave off a complete overhaul for years for people who are already on am4 - and there are loads of people on am4. This mean it'll hold a premium for longer, like the q9650 (I think) did for socket 775. It's the best value proposition by far. You'd have enough left over to drop another 16gb of ram in there too.
