4670 noisy fan

As the title says my fan on the 4670 is catching against the heatsink. I have tried adjusting this bufter a while it just starts catching again.

I have unplugged the fan and the temp is running at 55c

I have 2 questions please.

1, will this temp be fins as the card is working fine

2, if not what replacment fan/heatsink should i get.

Please note this is in a HTPC in the room so noise is an issue.
