Hi there I haven't overclocked anything since I last did my Q6600 to 3.2ghz a long time ago, Coming to this new board I am pretty confused with all the settings compared to my old board.

How would I achieve say 4.3/4.4ghz with this set up?

Intel 4690k / Stepping 3 / Revision C0
Gigabyte Z97X-SLI Intel Z97 (Socket 1150) DDR3 ATX Motherboard
TeamGroup Elite Black 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C11 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit
Corsair H55 Cooler

My temps are around 20-23c Idle & 50-55c load. I've tried messing around a little bit but I don't want to completely mess it up.

Many thanks!

Your best bet is to do a search on the forums, the topic has been covered a few times.

I've got a 4790k rather than a 4690k so I can't help with the specifics but it's quite likely just a case of increasing the multiplier to 44x or 45x and maybe increase the voltage slightly. The H55 is a pretty small AIO though so keep an eye on your temperatures.

To give you an idea, mine will do 4.5 on 1.2 volts. You may need more or a little less but they all seem to do around that.
