4770K NB Frequency ?

Does raising uncore/cache and it's voltage have much of an effect on temps guys? Currently have cache at stock here, but did run it at 4200mhz a while back for a few benchmarks.

does not up it that much,
and it should not effect the core voltages so you should leave those alone.

if you do go to 4.2/4.3 uncore make sure you tweak the digital and analog io voltages and most important the ring voltage for uncore stability. but your temps should not go up that much probably talking 1-2c max.
i see your @4.5 like i am :D so your uncore sweetspot is 4.2or4.3
try them both 4.2 will give you the best stability though.. personally i have mine @4.2 @4.5ghz per 8 pack recommendations :D

My ioa/d and sa voltages are currently at 1.200, pch at 1.171. Ring voltage on my board is known as cache voltage. Asus lable this and vrin differently, vrin is known as cpu input on their boards. At 4.5ghz on 1.275 vcore, (1.2800 at load) temps can hit the low 70's on this chip in games, bit of a hot un here.
