is this Antec and 480W power supply enough to drive a 1950XTX in a conroe system without overclocking?

I'm not 100% sure. But Antec are a good brand and a 480W Antec PSU you'd buy on it's own would be fine. Not too sure about how the ones that come with a case would bear up though.

At an educated guess I'd say you'd be fine.

As long as it has decent amperage on the 12V rails it will work. My Akasa 460W is powering my X1900XT @ XT-X with ease, and locutus12 was powering his on a 400W. :)
