480W PSU and 1950xt ?

It will depend what else you are running with the PSU but assuming the normal couple of hard drives and an optical drive along with every other basic component yes you should have no problems. :)
 
I have a Tagan 480w PSU, x2 4400, 2g RAM, 1 HD,1 DVD R/W, 1 CDRW, 1950XT, several 80mm/ 120mm fans + watercooling all running fine.
 
Im running my spec in sig, so judging by that, and Im using a 450W antec that came with my SonataII case, you should be fine, the x1950 is meant to use less power than the x1900 anyway.
 
easily, i ran my system with x1950xtx fine, and now have a 8800gts and core duo on this tagan 480watt and its fine, for the time being!
 
You should have no worries there.

I have an Antec Trueblue running an OC'd x2 3800+, 2gb RAM, 3 x SATA hdd's, 2x 7900GT's, 1 x DVD RW and 5 case fans with no problems whatsoever.
