You've returned EVERYTHING in bios to stock?
Especially left PCIe freq at 100?

i want to cry 
everyting at stock and yes PCI-E freq is at 100. updated to the latest bios.
actually i have tried that OS thing aswell, got my brother to do it, both 64bit and 32 bit, homepremium and ultimate....even XP. could it bee my HDD?
the thing is when i tried this on my crap OEM bought mobo with a P4 and 2GB of DDR1 i got plus 60 frames at 1920 everythign on low
