Yep. I just did it today. Down to 1.083v at 160/500 clocks. Default is 1.263v at 500/900 clocks.

Only reason I did this was because on my old HD 4850 after release, some manufacturers starting releasing bioses with much lower 2d clocks. Thought the same might work on the HD 4870, and hey presto it did.

39w in idle power usage reduction. Most of it from reducing the idle memory clock.
