Yes there is. I want the most powerful single-GPU card, not SLI or Crossfire. For me, there is a need.
Still waiting on it being collected! Flaming courier hasn't turned up TWICE now.

Same for me, if nothing drastic changes or the 55nm is suddenly 2 weeks away or something like that i will have a 280 GTX in my rig within a week or two.

The only thing I need is higher AA, same framerates, but nicer IQ.
don't care if it's from NV, ATI, Intel or Tesco.

should keep it try new drivers with hotfix. then a month from now 8.8 should come with loads of fixes should have any problems with it tbh
edit: in future titles u should see biger gap between your gtx and 4870
