4870x2 - Code 43

I have formatted Windows 6 times now, tried 6 different drivers and the problem just won't go away.

What i do is: install Windows Vista x64 SP1, then install Catalyst.

I don't know what else to do, any ideas?

d oyou mean code 43?, a google search reveals that is possibly due hardware failure

Yes i mean Code 43, sorry about that.

I've been using this card for over a year just fine. Then all the sudden when i clicked to open a game, my screen froze, i reset the pc and when i was back in Windows Catalyst wasn't working.

So i uninstalled Catalyst and installed it again, then this problem appeared.
