RMA/Warranty

Sapphire VGA products carry a 2 year warranty with all enquires carried out through your initial place of purchase. This can only be carried out by the original purchaser Please contact your Dealer/Reseller for Warranty / RMA service. They will require proof of purchase which includes the original invoice/documentation.

That being said the 4870x2 hasnt bene in stock for months now, so you;ve either a very long wait or a possible change of card coming.

I'm awaiting an RMA replacement from Sapphire themselves for a 4870x2 and they don't have stock until end of the month

I have this card also, I remember this being the BEST and FASTEST card around but how does it now play up with these newer cards??

I think this card is still very high up because of its 2GB Memory feature.

The 4870x2 is still in the top 3 I would say, beside the 5870 and 295 cards.

Good luck on your rma all of you, hopefully Sapphire will get them in the post soon!

I'm hoping too, but my response back was if it helps speed things up i certainly don't mind swapping it for a 5870

Good luck - I've RMA'd two 4870X2s in the past month - both times the companies just processed a refund claiming that they were unlikely to be getting any more 4870X2s.
