possibly better to go with a GTX 280 seeings as they have dropped in price so much since launch if its that bad then.

shame tbh but i seen somewere that it is not so bad but anyway me stiking sinlge gpu soliution no need 4870x2 on 22 screen

In the US the price of the gtx280 is about 210 before vat.. Does this make it a better option than the X2 if that ends up being about 275?

No way the X2 is going to be £275 though. Not a hope in hell, even a few weeks after release, unless the performance jump it brings is disappointing in comparison to the GTX280 or it's replacement.

balls, he is running like 12-15fps and its fine for that FPS rate... lies!...
